Every OffScript piece is printed when you order. There's no warehouse, no overstock — and no change-of-mind returns.

what we do replace, free

• Manufacturing defects (peeling, misprint, stitching).
• Damage in transit (busted packaging, water damage).
• Wrong item or size shipped versus what you ordered.

how to file a claim

1. Within 7 days of delivery.
2. Photo + a short unboxing/issue video.
3. From your order page, hit file a claim.

If we agree, we reprint and reship at our cost — or refund if the item's discontinued.

Until your order moves into printing, you can cancel for a full refund. Once it's printed, it's yours.
