We print every order on demand — that takes 48 hours. After that the courier picks it up and delivers in 4–7 days anywhere in India. You'll get an email the moment it ships with a tracking link.

Made-to-order, so no change-of-mind returns. Defects, damage in transit, wrong item, or wrong size shipped — yes, refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. Open the affected order and click Start a return to file.

Once we approve the return, prepaid refunds reach your bank or UPI in 5–7 business days. COD refunds are sent as a bank transfer once we receive your bank details — same 5–7 days after that.

Each product page has a size chart in cm. Our oversized fits run roughly one size up from a standard regular-fit tee — if you wear a Medium in a fitted brand, order Small for the OffScript oversized cut. Still unsure? Email admin@theoffscript.in with your usual brand + size and we'll suggest the closest match.

Since everything is made-to-order we can't do free swaps. If you genuinely got the wrong size shipped (our error), it's a defect — start a return from your order page within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll print the correct size at no cost.

Our oversized tees are 240 GSM 100% combed cotton, heavyweight with a proper drape. Standard-fit crews are 180 GSM. Hoodies are 400 GSM brushed fleece. Crop tops and baby tees use a 240 GSM cotton-spandex blend for stretch.

DTF (direct-to-film) for most graphic tees — sharp colour, soft hand feel, holds up wash after wash. Some drops use DTG, embroidery, or AOP sublimation; check the product page for the print method.

UPI (recommended — free, instant), credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik), and EMI on cards. We also support Cash on Delivery on orders below ₹1,499.

Yes — a flat ₹49 cash-handling fee is added at checkout to cover the courier's cash-collection cost. You'll see it as a separate line on the order summary, so there are no surprises at the door. COD is only available on orders under ₹1,499; anything above is prepaid only.

Yes — sign up before checkout. It takes 10 seconds via email or Google, gives you order tracking, saved addresses, and the ability to file returns later. We don't spam.

Email admin@theoffscript.in from the address on your account. We delete the profile within 7 days. Order records with that email stay on file for 7 years (India tax compliance).
